Our process perfected and refined coupled with our services, we service clients worldwide with a variety of solutions for their design and build projects. All of which include and not limited to creative direction, design and selection of hard finishes such as flooring, lighting and millwork, collaborate with your architect and builder to customize your space plan, and select and install soft furnishes such as furniture, upholstery and accessories that are custom tailored to your space.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS
PRE-DESIGN
FINAL DESIGN
This is the initial phase of the design process. It begins with a consultaiton where we work closely with the client, listening to their goals, and ambitions for the project. By presenting different conceptual directions, we’re able to visually communicate our ideas and narrow in on the design direction.
We develop a set of construction-ready documents which reflect any design revisions or required changes after Permit approvals. This is documented in detailed plans and specifications to be issued for coordination, tender and construction
CONCEPTUAL
Purchasing + Procurement
Once the direction has been established and information has been collected, we begin to realize the project. By space planning and problem solving we put pen to paper to bring design to life. Materials, furniture, fixtures and lighting are explored to bring the concept towards reality. This is also the phase we begin coordination with industry consultants.
During this phase, a team member is appointed to administer the project during construction. Coordination, communication, shop drawing review and site meetings are the main tasks to ensure quality control and accurate execution of the design. We also troubleshoot and provide solutions for unforeseen obstacles to achieve optimal results.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
INSTALLATION
This phase is where we begin the documentation process. Upon client feedback and approval of Schematic Design, we begin to refine the design through technical drawing and specification. Prototyping is explored along with an estimation of the project’s level of effort and cost complete. Site verification is the final step before formal documentation.
An install date is scheduled and all furniture and accessories installed in time for the final reveal.
Consultation
Not quite ready to jump into iNTERIOR design but looking for design direction?
This service is perfect for clients that are looking for design direction and designer expertise but do not mind doing a little legwork to prepare, manage and implement the project themselves. A comprehensive 2 hr consult is provided, at the rate of $450 CAD/ Hour. After the consultation, you will receive a brief, outlining all proposed solutions for the project.

Interior Design
READY TO GET YOUR PROJECT STARTED, YOU ARE LOOKING FOR COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN DETAILING?
This service is perfect for you. We begin by creating a narrative and build a story. We pull together all the conceptual ideas, through our programming, schematic and design development phase then produce a set of drawings to provide to your contractors in preparation for the proposal/ tender process.
