PHASE 1: PRE-DESIGN

PHase 4: FINAL DESIGN

This is the initial phase of the design process. It begins with a consultaiton where we work closely with the client, listening to their goals, and ambitions for the project. By presenting different conceptual directions, we’re able to visually communicate our ideas and narrow in on the design direction.

We  develop a set of construction-ready documents which reflect any design revisions or required changes after Permit approvals. This is documented in detailed plans and specifications to be issued for coordination, tender and construction

PHASE 2: CONCEPTUAL

Once the direction has been established and information has been collected, we begin to realize the project. By space planning and problem solving we put pen to paper to bring design to life. Materials, furniture, fixtures and lighting are explored to bring the concept towards reality. This is also the phase we begin coordination with industry consultants.

During this phase, a team member is appointed to administer the project during construction. Coordination, communication, shop drawing review and site meetings are the main tasks to ensure quality control and accurate execution of the design. We also troubleshoot and provide solutions for unforeseen obstacles to achieve optimal results.

PHASE 3: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Phase 6: INSTALLATION

This phase is where we begin the documentation process. Upon client feedback and approval of Schematic Design, we begin to refine the design through technical drawing and specification. Prototyping is explored along with an estimation of the project’s level of effort and cost complete. Site verification is the final step before formal documentation.

An install date is scheduled and all furniture and accessories installed in time for the final reveal.
